IMPACT DES DERNIERES ANNONCES GOUVERNEMENTALES SUR LA PRATIQUE DE LA VOILE
Suite aux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cisions gouvernementales, le Service Juridique de la FFVoile a analys\u00e9 leurs effets sur la pratique de la voile.
Il convient de noter que :
-La r\u00e9ouverture des piscines pour les scolaires constitue une bonne nouvelle puisqu\u2019elle va faciliter l\u2019organisation des tests de natation n\u00e9cessaires pour la pratique de la voile scolaire.
– L\u2019allongement du couvre-feu qui d\u00e9bute d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 19h (et non plus 18h) peut \u00e9galement simplifier l\u2019organisation de certaines activit\u00e9s dans les 16 d\u00e9partements concern\u00e9s par le renforcement des mesures sanitaires, – la pratique de la voile dans nos clubs (ou dans le cadre d\u2019une pratique libre) reste possible pour les mineurs comme pour les majeurs.
– Cette pratique peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sans limitation de dur\u00e9e mais dans un rayon de 10 kilom\u00e8tres autour de chez soi (dans le respect du couvre-feu soit et muni d\u2019un justificatif de domicile).
– Dans ces d\u00e9partements, les encadrants peuvent exercer dans un club \u00e0 plus de 10 km de leur domicile. Ils doivent pour cela disposer d\u2019un justificatif de d\u00e9placement professionnel compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par le club.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
